Deanna and Mark formed the SHORELINE REAL ESTATE TEAM in early 2017.  After many years of  busy Campbell River markets  a team was the natural solution to ensure clients could always be guaranteed a full time and full service Realtor at their fingertips!

Together with their long time reputations and proven marketing systems along with new training and the support of a full time Client Care Manager the team has flourished.  In 2020 the team grew with the addition of Neil Cameron.  Neil brings a fresh young approach with new ideas to keep the Shoreline Team moving ahead in 2020!

As a buyer or seller when you work with us you can be assured nothing is left to chance as we have the coverage and systems in place.

 Deanna Collins

“I feel extremely fortunate to work, play and call this beautiful city home” -Deanna

I have been a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Advance Realty since 1999. Giving back to the community and promoting the city of Campbell River is something I believe is very important and rewarding. I volunteer and fund-raise locally with the Discovery Aquarium, the SPCA and the local Women’s Shelter through the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.

I am married with a daughter in Elementary school where I also volunteer as the PAC Secretary and head up a number of fundraising events. In 2016 myself and Mark along with Royal LePage Advance Realty brought the 1st Annual Salmon Derby to Campbell River and raised over $45,000 for the Shelter Foundation benefiting the Campbell River Ann Elmore house and the Campbell River Salmon Foundation.

I have been a member of the Young Professionals of Campbell River (YPCR) since the organization’s inception in 2012 and have been a member of the board since 2014.

In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors boating, fishing, camping, kayaking, paddle boarding. I’m my happiest spending time with my husband and daughter, enjoying all that Campbell River has to offer.

“I enjoy being an active member of my Community and have called Campbell River home since 1980” -Mark

I have lived in the Campbell River and Black Creek area since 1980.  I was a commercial fisherman for 20 years and have been in the Real Estate for 25 years all of that time with the same company. I love this city and believe with all of my heart there is no better place to live, work and play.  I enjoy being an active member in the community. I have participated and supported many different programs, organizations and service clubs, coaching children’s sports and most recently as a board member for Ducks Unlimited and our very own Royal LePage Salmon Derby. My lovely wife Jannine and I have 3 children and 3, soon to be 5 grand children. I am an avid sports and outdoorsman enjoying fishing boating, hunting, hockey and baseball.

Lifetime Masters Associate with Realty World Canada

During the course of my career, I Have maintained a very high level of production, always being in the Top 10 for office production.  I was also able to achieve the Lifetime Masters Associate with Realty World Canada this was a 5 year program demanding high production levels, community involvement, continuing education as well as a teaching component.  This award was only given to 2 people in B.C and I was very proud to be one of them.   My areas of speciality include residential sales, commercial sales and leases, hobby farms and acreages.  I am a active member in the Canadian Commercial Real Estate Division.

I attribute my success to understanding how to work, how to problem solve, and how to communicate, but mostly to my clients and friends who continue to refer me and repeatedly use my services.  To them, I owe everything.
