Deanna Collins

Deanna has been a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Advance Realty since 1999. Giving back to the community and promoting the city of Campbell River is something she believes is very important, while personally rewarding. Deanna has sat on the YPCR (Young Professionals of Campbell River) board for a number of years, and has been involved with raising funds for the Ann Elmore Transition House, and has been one of the leads in the charity fundraising event that is the Campbell River Salmon Derby.
In her spare time, Deanna loves to be on the water; boating, fishing, kayaking or paddle boarding. Touring around Cortes and the Discovery Islands in the summer is a favourite pastime.

Biggest Career Accomplishment:

In 2017 Deanna was awarded the Vancouver Island Realtors Care Award and the Royal LePage Spirit Award.

Ideal day in Campbell River:

A hot sunny day, spent fishing and boating over to neighbouring Cortes Island for a swim and then back home for a salmon barbecue and beach fire in the evening.

Mark Ranniger

Mark has lived in the Campbell River and Black Creek area since 1980. Before Real Estate, Mark was a commercial fisherman for 20 years. Mark believes there is no better place to live, work and play than Campbell River. He believes in being an active member in the community by participating and supporting in many different programs including Ducks Unlimited, and the Royal LePage charity fundraising event that is the Campbell River Salmon Derby.
Mark and his wife Jannine have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. When he is not in the office you can find Mark, golfing, fishing, hunting, and camping.

Mark has been in the office Top 10 his entire 30 year career.

Fishing in the morning, golfing in the afternoon, and dinner with friends in the evening.

Neil joined the Shoreline Team in his second year in Real Estate in the spring of 2020. Neil is a born and raised Campbell Riverite, with strong family ties within the community. His family owns Dolphins Resort, a place where he has spent many memorable years being a part of the family-run business and sharing his passion for fishing. An outdoor enthusiast, Neil loves the outdoors; hunting, fishing and golfing. His laid back and easy nature makes him easy to get along with, bringing a positive attitude and an exceptional moral compass to the team.

I love all of the outdoor activities that are at our front door, and the people in Campbell River. Although the city continues to grow, to me it still feels like a tight knit community and I feel lucky to have grown up here.
